Website updates

Added archival documents from the years 2005, 2006 and 2007 to the Members Area as well as a couple of photos of dogs that received the Tibor Reiter Award in the past. Emails were sent out in April to owners of past recipients of this award asking for a colour photo of their dog to post on the VSO website for posterity. Some owners are no longer alive or their whereabouts are unknown but we will endeavour to contact as many as possible.
